    The whole experience was perfect. Our server Cate was very pleasant and attentive and her recommendations were absolutely spot on. The service by the rest of the staff was ever present and impeccable. Our cocktails were unique and delicious. The food was flavorful and prepared perfectly. My ribeye was cooked to the proper temperature and full of flavor with the herbed butter. My wife's lobster risotto was incredibly tasty. I got the truffled Mac and cheese as a side and everyone wanted more bites of it. We enjoyed Finn's as well, but the new ownership has really pushed things to another level.     Our first time here since the change in ownership. Everyone we came on contact with were very welcoming. Delicious meal, the bone-in pork chop was cooked to perfection and  the chocolate cake was yummy! It was our server, Jessie's first night and she did a great job! We'll definitely return!
